Terms of Service

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your access and use of the SbcMonkey websites, applications, products, services (together, “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use any of the App.

Note: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this App. Minors are prohibited from using the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install the Chrome extension tool on your computer, access and use the website, and access and use the backend for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, sublicense, or reverse engineer the App.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engage in any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Interfere with the operation of the App or the servers that host the App.

3. Prohibited Behaviors

In addition to the above, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • Sell, lease, or transfer the App to any third party.
  • Copy or modify the App code.
  • Decompile or disassemble the App.
  • Remove any proprietary notices from the App.
  • Create derivative works based on the App.

4. Subscriptions

Some parts of the App are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Subscriptions are charged in advance on a periodic basis and are non-refundable. Your Subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each period unless you cancel it.

  • Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.
  • Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time.

5. Termination

We may terminate your license to use the App at any time, for any reason, and without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and reliable services, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our extension, service, or website. You use our services at your own risk. SbcMonkey will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of those changes.
